Overview
You will own the installation, maintenance, and repair of car wash equipment across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, serving dealerships in a territory of 50+ sites. You'll join a family-owned manufacturer with 40+ years in the industry, backed by a remote support team for troubleshooting and training. What You'll Do9
- 1Install car wash systems at dealership sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- 2Perform monthly preventative maintenance visits to keep equipment running at peak performance.
- 3Respond to emergency repair calls and diagnose issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- 4Troubleshoot equipment failures using remote support from the in-house team and document findings in weekly reports.
- 5Complete training program to master PLC controls and conveyor systems.
- 6Lift 50+ pound components and work at heights up to 8 feet to access machinery.
- 7Maintain a professional image and communicate clearly with customers, representing the company post-installation.
- 8Manage inventory of spare parts in your service vehicle and order replacements as needed.
- 9Travel to multiple customer sites daily, with occasional overnight stays for extended repairs.
Requirements9
- 12+ years of field service or mechanical repair experience (strong plus, not required).
- 2Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights up to 8 feet.
- 4Clean driving record: no major infractions in the last 5 years.
- 5Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 6Willingness to travel within the Dallas-Fort Worth area and occasional overnight trips.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- 9Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for reporting and communication.
