You own on-site ATM service for NCR Atleos customers across the Phoenix area, keeping cash flowing at 50+ retail locations. You troubleshoot and repair ATMs using error logs and a service app, supported by hands-on training from day one. Joining a team of 200+ technicians, you report to a field supervisor and collaborate with dispatch coordinators. You gain NCR Atleos certifications and a path to advanced field service roles. What You'll Do8
- 1Follow safety procedures and secure the work area when servicing ATMs.
- 2Complete NCR Atleos training modules and certifications on the company training portal.
- 3Diagnose ATM faults from error logs and service app data, then resolve basic module-level issues.
- 4Perform maintenance and minor repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
- 5Report service updates and closure details through the service app on a company cell phone.
- 6Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate records for each call.
- 7Log hours worked and miles driven daily for accurate payroll.
- 8Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians, applying your mechanical and electrical aptitude.
