You own on-site ATM maintenance and repairs across Tampa, Florida, handling 100% travel within your assigned territory. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at module level on ATMs.
- 2Diagnose problems from call information and error logs on the ATM.
- 3Own customer issues until resolution per SLA agreements.
- 4Maintain parts inventory and related records, including status reports throughout service repair.
- 5Report calls and activity accurately and promptly, plus other reports as required.
- 6Follow security procedures when working with ATMs in financial institutions.
- 7Handle physical tasks: bending, squatting, walking, standing, and lifting tool kits up to 50 lbs.
- 8Travel daily within your territory, sometimes on rotating shifts, nights, or weekends.
Requirements8
- 10-1 years of related field service experience.
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3Reliable transportation and a smartphone: Android or iPhone.
- 4Basic tools: #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers.
- 5Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
- 6Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.
- 7High level of personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- 8Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly under pressure.
