Overview
Join GE Healthcare's Patient Care Solutions team as a Field Service Engineer covering PCS and Imaging systems in the North West. You will partner with customers to resolve technical issues while maintaining strong relationships. Travel approximately 40% of the time to deliver impactful results.
What You'll Do8
- 1Maintain all modality-specific models within assigned service areas
- 2Perform comprehensive system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems
- 3Collaborate daily with physicians and technicians regarding equipment status
- 4Ensure warranty coverage and preventative maintenance scheduling
- 5Control service contract costs through efficient management
- 6Complete administrative duties including field updates and inspection documentation
- 7Uphold ISO 9001 quality standards in all service activities
- 8Drive resolution of customer-reported issues within 90-day timeframe
Requirements8
- 1Technical analysis expertise combined with exceptional communication abilities
- 2Proven field service experience in medical device environments
- 3Valid driver’s license with clean record and substantial driving experience
- 4Fluency in English language proficiency
