Overview
Kelly Tractor Co. seeks a Field Service Dispatcher to manage technician dispatches and administrative tasks in South Florida. This role reports directly to the Service Manager and ensures service orders are opened and invoiced promptly.
What You'll Do9
- 1Schedule dispatch and supervise field technicians
- 2Schedule work effectively to meet work in progress standards
- 3Maintain customer communications
- 4Answer incoming calls from customers and technicians
- 5Enter and update dispatch calls into the dispatch database program
- 6Maintain daily customer reports and preventive maintenance logs
- 7Manage third party invoicing processes
- 8Follow all company policies and procedures
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned

- 1Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
