Requirements11
- 1Required Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- 22+ years of experience in recruiting education workforce development automotive operations or related field
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 4Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
- 5Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- 6Ability to present information effectively to both individuals and groups
- 7Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- 8Experience working with vocational technical or educational programs
- 9Automotive dealership fixed operations or aftermarket industry experience
- 10Experience mentoring coaching or developing talent
