- 6Maintain accurate daily subcontractor reports
- 7Assist Assistant Superintendents with office document management
- 8Create and manage punch lists
- 9Generate and distribute RFIs through Procore
- 10Coordinate submittal submissions to departments
- 11Handle daily photo uploads and labeling
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in construction management
- 35+ years proficiency in Python AWS React Kubernetes
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA certification optional
- 6Strong understanding of construction management theory and practice
- 7Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- 8Ability to learn Procore and scheduling software quickly
- 9Commitment to safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- 10Excellent written communication skills
