What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with engineers and superintendents to share project information
- 2Update contract documents and logs in real time
- 3Prepare status reports for RFIs and submittals
- 4Create PCIs and manage RFQs and quote reviews
- 5Assist in ATP and OCOS preparation
- 6Review scope of work for bid packages
- 7Maintain equipment status reports
- 8Develop change management reports and cost documents
- 9Conduct quality control activities and corrective actions
- 10Review contractor startup documents
- 11Enforce safety standards and conduct weekly inspections
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 21-2 years construction experience or internship
- 3Procore knowledge
- 4Microsoft Office proficiency
- 5OSHA 30 hour certification
- 6First Aid CPR
- 7Construction document literacy
- 8Teamwork and communication abilities
