What You'll Do11
- 1Assist Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and work tasks while reviewing submittals change orders and RFl`s
- 2Ensure timely generation collection distribution storage retrieval and disposition of meeting agendas RFl`s and daily reports
- 3Demonstrate understanding of PMP project management plan and support change management processes
- 4Administer project quality management plan reinforcing safety culture
- 5May calculate daily production rates and unit costs for self-performed work participate in risk management
- 6Oversee BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers
- 7Manage LEED certification documentation and create digital record drawings
- 8Provide lines grades and layout while maintaining organized logbook
- 9Maintain accurate quantity logs report quantities file logs and perform budgeting processes
- 10Support superintendents resolve field problems
- 11Communicate effectively using various electronic devices
Requirements6
- 1Ability to interface and communicate with others
- 2Entry-level position requiring four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical experience
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
