Fast-Casual Restaurant Manager
Overview
The Restaurant Manager oversees all operations of a Proven Poke location ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role focuses on providing superb customer service managing food quality and leading a full staff while reporting to Company Owners and Ops Manager.

- 2Ensure excellent food quality through inventory management and preparation
- 3Manage a full staff including interviewing hiring and training employees
- 4Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service
- 5Check in on customers during their dining experience
- 6Ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- 7Serve food clear tables clean the restaurant and wash dishes
- 8Check products to ensure consistency and flavor conformity
- 9Schedule and receive supplies checking delivery contents for quality
- 10Monitor staff food portion scooping for consistency
- 11Maintain food and equipment inventories keeping daily records
- 12Ensure team members comply with policies and procedures
- 13Arrange equipment maintenance and coordinate services like waste removal
- 14Keep required government agency records regarding sanitation
- 15Recruit hire train and fire staff following company processes
- 16Schedule staff hours assign duties monitor budgets and payroll records
- 17Hold mandatory staff meetings to review menu items and policy updates
- 18Coach team members throughout their shift to execute standards
- 19Hold staff accountable for delivering excellent service and food quality
- 20Utilize point of sale cash register set the till divide tips count money and make deposits
- 21Follow processes manage PNLs inventory logs daily checklists waste logs
- 22Serve Safe certification a must
- 23Utilize POS systems and maintain financial records
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certified
- 4BCBA certified
- 5AWS Certified professional
- 65+ years experience with Kubernetes
- 73-5 years managing large teams
- 8Proven Poke expertise
- 9Food safety certification required
- 10ServSafe certification a must
- 11Hawaiian cuisine knowledge
