What You'll Do9
- 1Design and execute comprehensive medical plans using Python and AWS to analyze patient data and improve outcomes
- 2Lead React based patient portals and develop tools that streamline scheduling and billing processes
- 3Collaborate with clinicians to diagnose and treat adults and children following Professional Staff Bylaws
- 4Maintain accurate records and generate reports that support reimbursement and regulatory compliance
- 5Participate in meetings and pursue certifications such as BCBA to enhance clinical expertise
- 6Mentor junior staff and drive initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
- 7Ensure adherence to safety standards during suturing, abscess drainage, and interpretation of x‑rays and EKGs
- 8Provide BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS training to the team and stay current with specialty requirements
- 9Report findings to the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations and uphold the mission of valuing patients and staff
Requirements8
- 1Current license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia
- 2Valid DEA registration
- 3Advanced degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- 4Experience with urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine settings
- 5Proven ability to read diagnostic studies including x‑rays and EKGs
- 6Strong communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
- 7Commitment to teamwork, service excellence, and continuous professional development
- 8Willingness to exceed expectations and go the extra mile for patient care
