Requirements9

  • 1Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner school
  • 2Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
  • 3Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
  • 4Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
  • 5Valid DEA certificate
  • 6Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
  • 7Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public
