Requirements9
- 1Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner school
- 2Nurse Practitioner certificate issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing
- 3Valid Arizona Registered Nurse license
- 4Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
- 5Valid DEA certificate
- 6Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
- 7Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public
- 8Certification to perform CPR and AED through American Heart Association and Red Cross guidelines
- 9Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
