What You'll Do8

Requirements6
- 1MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- 2Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- 3Active or eligible New York State medical license.
- 4DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- 52+ years experience in outpatient primary care preferred.
- 6Strong interest in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education.
