Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2One year of family engagement experience in school or community settings
- 3Advanced degree preferred for specialized roles
- 4Proficiency in second language may be required
- 5Knowledge of local state and federal laws and regulations
- 6Understanding of special needs and diverse parenting concerns
- 7Strong organizational and planning abilities
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 9Experience developing presentations and maintaining relationships
- 10Ability to navigate technology and software applications
- 11Two years of experience in family or community engagement preferred
