As the Faculty Support Assistant, you will own the daily administrative heartbeat for the Psychology and Counseling Department at Immaculata University, coordinating across Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral programs. What You'll Do7

  • 1Coordinate programmatic needs for Undergraduate, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Doctor of Psychology, and Ph.D. program directors, including scheduling meetings, creating forms, and collecting data.
  • 2Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and direct them to appropriate resources, maintaining a professional front-desk presence.
  • 3Reply to student emails and manage department communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • 4Schedule department and program meetings, handling calendar coordination and logistics.
  • 5Review and request updates for the department's webpages to keep online information current and accurate.
  • 6Answer phone inquiries and support Graduate Assistants with administrative tasks as needed.
  • 7Support the Department Chair and faculty with additional tasks to meet department goals.
