Overview
As the Faculty Support Assistant, you will own the daily administrative heartbeat for the Psychology and Counseling Department at Immaculata University, coordinating across Undergraduate, Master's, and Doctoral programs. You will report directly to the Department Chair and serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring seamless operations and clear communication. Collaborating with Program Directors, you will manage scheduling, data collection, and webpage updates, while supporting faculty and Graduate Assistants. What You'll Do7
- 1Coordinate programmatic needs for Undergraduate, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Doctor of Psychology, and Ph.D. program directors, including scheduling meetings, creating forms, and collecting data.
- 2Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and direct them to appropriate resources, maintaining a professional front-desk presence.
- 3Reply to student emails and manage department communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- 4Schedule department and program meetings, handling calendar coordination and logistics.
- 5Review and request updates for the department's webpages to keep online information current and accurate.
- 6Answer phone inquiries and support Graduate Assistants with administrative tasks as needed.
- 7Support the Department Chair and faculty with additional tasks to meet department goals.
