Overview
Become the Facility Operations Supervisor for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and make an impact daily. This role oversees maintenance and skilled trades for Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores across the Philadelphia area. Leadership ensures safe and well-maintained facilities for customers and staff.
What You'll Do10
- 1Project Planning: Evaluate maintenance needs determine materials equipment and personnel submit recommendations prepare reports and review expenses
- 2Work Oversight: Assign schedule supervise and participate in carpentry painting electrical roofing masonry plastering drywall and plumbing heating tasks
- 3Staff Management: Perform supervisory duties establish work standards help select staff provide training and recognize achievements
- 4Site Inspections: Visit stores proposed sites and PLCB locations assess repair needs inspect progress verify quality achieve results and order corrections
- 5Inventory Control: Maintain automotive shop inventory keep accurate records authorize purchases and requisition supplies
- 6Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance issues arrange temporary and permanent repairs and secure safety for personnel
- 7Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with 30-minute lunch may require travel
- 8Telework: Not available
- 9Salary: Starting salary may be non-negotiable further communication via email
- 10Work Requirements: Essential position requires work during emergencies

- 1Two years skilled trades experience commercial industrial multi-unit residential facilities or utility plant operations
- 2Active motor vehicle license
- 3PA residency meets legal requirements
- 4Background investigation passed
