Facility Maintenance for Pet Hotel
Overview
Reliable Facility Maintenance professional needed to handle upkeep and repair tasks across multiple locations. You will perform preventative and emergency repairs while being confident and independent yet willing to seek assistance when uncertain. What You'll Do12
- 1Assist with planned preventative maintenance including proactive and reactive work
- 2Conduct plumbing repairs such as unblocking sinks toilets and drains
- 3Perform electrical repairs and fixes for light bulbs switches and fixtures
- 4Handle minor HVAC repairs and troubleshooting
- 5Repair and replace doors knobs and metal door frames
- 6Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation for multiple buildings
- 7Assist third party vendors with electrical plumbing or HVAC repairs
- 8Own and execute small projects independently
- 9Scale daily operations to meet high standards
- 10Drive improvements in facility cleanliness and safety
- 11Collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction
- 12Document all work completed for audit purposes
Requirements11
- 15+ years building maintenance experience
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency for data engineering roles
- 3Plumbing expertise required
- 4Electrical troubleshooting skills necessary
- 5HVAC basic knowledge expected
- 6High school diploma or equivalent required
- 7Ability to commute to Denver CO 80249 location
- 8Willingness to relocate before starting work
- 9Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- 10Experience working with animals during shifts
- 11Valid driver’s license preferred
