What You'll Do10
- 1Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC electrical plumbing compressed air and building fixtures
- 2Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing issues throughout the facility
- 3Respond rapidly to facility or utility interruptions to minimize downtime
- 4Maintain accurate records of inspections PM logs work orders and repair documentation
- 5Support production teams by ensuring continuous facility utilities
- 6Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams for repairs installations and improvements
- 7Monitor and maintain doors docks flooring safety systems and building access hardware
- 8Install and relocate equipment requiring power drops air lines ventilation or anchoring
- 9Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards ESD protocols and company procedures
- 10Identify facility improvement opportunities to enhance reliability efficiency and workplace safety
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Technical certification in HVAC electrical facilities maintenance or related field preferred
- 3Experience with HVAC systems electrical troubleshooting plumbing compressed air and general building repairs
- 4Ability to read and interpret building schematics technical manuals and safety documentation
- 5Strong communication skills and ability to work with production engineering and leadership
