What You'll Do13

- 2Provide expertise and management leadership for technical plant operations and HVACR systems
- 3Lead resource allocation and regulatory compliance to deliver system reliability
- 4Manage project development and execution through Craft/Projects Shop staff and trade contractors
- 5Direct real time data collection and analysis for system testing troubleshooting and maintenance
- 6Execute disaster recovery and contingency plans during planned and unplanned work
- 7Develop and supervise staff using continuous improvement techniques for employee well being
- 8Participate in internal and campus wide training and safety programs
- 9Responsible for staff rewards recognition and performance improvement plans
- 10Establish preventive and routine maintenance schedules within regional budget guidelines
- 11Supervise installation repair maintenance and alterations in assigned areas
- 12Provide written estimates to facilities manager as required
- 13Follow departmental and university working rules and administer them to employees
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 25 years direct trade craft experience
- 31 year supervisory experience with a union labor force preferred
- 41 year healthcare environment experience preferred
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- 6Budgeting and financial skills
- 7Experience with Spark and Airflow
- 83-5 years supervisory experience
- 9Knowledge of Jefferson Health policies and procedures
- 10Understanding of preventive maintenance scheduling
