What You'll Do6
- 1Maintain facilities exhibit spaces staff workspaces and storage areas through custodial light repair and preliminary diagnosis
- 2Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as mowing leaf removal trash and light gardening
- 3Assist with light exhibit fabrication repair setup and takedown
- 4Prepare museum for special events rentals and other activities ensuring a clean welcoming safe environment
- 5Ensure proper upkeep of equipment and tools
- 6Be on-call for emergencies and remain reachable outside scheduled hours
Requirements6
- 13+ years experience in building maintenance landscaping patching painting general trades
- 2Ability to perform winter work including snow removal sanding salting and walkway inspection
- 3Sufficient English proficiency for daily tasks
- 4High school diploma or GED required
- 5Valid driver's license necessary
- 6Background check CORI clearance mandatory
