What You'll Do12
- 1Organize prioritize and track store maintenance requests daily ensuring efficient resolution
- 2Execute regular facilities maintenance A/C lifts fluid exchange and related tasks
- 3Travel to stores for facilities and equipment repairs as required
- 4Transport furniture equipment and parts as needed
- 5Complete daily REST case assignments
- 6Perform onsite assessments of repair tasks
- 7Oversee completion of assigned shop maintenance projects
- 8Prepare facilities for seasonal changes including snow ice and sprinkler systems
- 9Manage timely inspections of operations equipment safety utilities and preventative maintenance
- 10Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
- 11Assist with cleaning and stocking at store locations
- 12Lead special projects as required
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent driver’s license required ability to lift up to 55 lbs minimum 2-3 years experience in construction and/or building maintenance proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel strong attention to detail excellent written and oral communication skills
- 2Strong written and oral communication skills minimum 3 years automotive industry experience preferred
