Overview

Requirements9
- 13+ years supervising or leading maintenance landscaping or facilities teams
- 2Knowledge of landscaping tools building maintenance practices and safety procedures
- 3Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- 4Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands‑on work
- 5Valid U.S. work authorization and REAL ID driver’s license
- 6Pass a pre‑employment physical exam and medical surveillance program
- 7Ability to lift objects up to 100 pounds
- 8Physical stamina to stand walk bend stoop kneel crouch crawl climb and reach
- 9Must obtain Department of Defense Secret‑level security clearance and be a U.S. citizen
