What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain the master BIM/CAD database and digital asset repository from initial consultant drawings through full facility handover
- 2Oversee multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks and BIM tools to resolve spatial conflicts across MEP and process utilities
- 3Coordinate tool hook-up layouts and space planning within cleanroom environments
- 4Review design submittals assess constructability and support commissioning through model verification
- 5Manage updates to as-built drawings and digital models after construction modifications
- 6Provide operational teams with real-time spatial and utility routing data for maintenance and future planning
- 7Partner with internal mechanical electrical process and controls teams to ensure alignment
- 8Establish drawing standards and maintain Level of Development requirements across all disciplines
- 9Lead the VDC strategy for a major industrial facility
- 10Maintain documentation control procedures and BIM Execution Plans
- 11Drive integration of 3D model federation for complex infrastructure
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Architecture or related field
- 23+ years of hands-on experience with Revit BIM VDC AutoCAD design coordination or construction engineering
- 3Direct experience with high-tech manufacturing facilities such as semiconductor or pharmaceutical plants
- 4Deep proficiency with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- 5Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings P&IDs and 3D schematics
- 6Proven track record managing MEP and specialized process utilities
- 7Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and LOD 100+ requirements
- 8Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across trades and contractors
- 9Commitment to delivering integrated digital solutions for large-scale builds
- 10Ability to work on-site in Phoenix Arizona or relocate to Peoria AZ
