What You'll Do6
- 1Conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots exterior buildings and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- 2Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks
- 3Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance
- 4Adhere to stringent safety security and integrity protocols ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local federal and state levels
- 5Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades
- 6Drive operational efficiency and quality outcomes within the first ninety days
Requirements11
- 1Minimum age of 21 years
- 2Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record able to pass MVR report
- 3Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- 4Successfully complete DOT physical and secure medical certification
- 5Clean driving record with no DUI DWI OUI or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within last three years
- 6No more than two moving violations in last three years if driving commercial motor vehicle
- 7No preventable accidents in last three years if operating commercial motor vehicle
- 8Able to read and speak in English
- 9Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering Maintenance Construction Management or related area
- 10Certified Facilities Manager CFM or Project Management PMP or related certification
- 11Third-party management experience
