What You'll Do8

  • 1Establish expand and maintain patient‑derived and tissue‑specific organoid cultures
  • 2Independently optimize protocols for improved fidelity maturation and biological relevance
  • 3Develop troubleshoot and improve complex co‑culture model systems incorporating primary human tumor cells fibroblasts immune cells and microenvironment components
  • 4Create establish and optimize novel in vitro assays using 3D organotypic models complex co‑cultures organoids transwell systems air‑liquid interface and organ‑on‑a‑chip platforms representing both healthy and disease states
  • 5Design execute semi‑ or high‑throughput endpoint and kinetic assays for safety and efficacy screening of molecules during early discovery using advanced microscopy
  • 6Perform 3D cell culture assays including viability proliferation differentiation and drug response studies using CellTiter‑Glo Western blotting ELISA flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining
  • 7Lead ship debug drive scale and improve outcomes within the first 90 days
  • 8Maintain detailed documentation and share knowledge across the team

Requirements10

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons leading cross‑functional projects
  • 3PhD in cell biology bioengineering cancer biology or related discipline
  • 4MS in a related field with 4+ years of relevant research experience
  • 5Renal pancreatic lung or colon biology expertise
  • 6IF IHC western blotting and flow cytometry proficiency
  • 7Confocal light sheet high‑content imaging experience
  • 8Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • 9Ability to function effectively as both a team member and independent contributor
  • 10Demonstrated teamwork leadership attention to detail problem‑solving adaptability and collaborative mindset
