Experienced Home Caregivers - Hourly & Live-In Opportunities
Overview
Griswold Home Care seeks skilled caregivers for private-duty roles across Greater Boston area. We need professionals to deliver compassionate care through flexible schedules including short-hour shifts, part-time hourly assignments, longer hourly shifts, and live-in opportunities. Ideal candidates will provide personalized care plans covering personal assistance, ADLs, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation services.
What You'll Do6
- 1Deliver compassionate care aligned with individualized client plans
- 2Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- 3Provide ADL support including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- 4Administer medication reminders and offer emotional support
- 5Arrange transportation for appointments and community activities
- 6Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to families and internal teams
Requirements9
- 1Minimum one year of verifiable paid caregiving experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- 3Ability to travel within Greater Boston area
- 4Professional references verifying employment and care quality
- 5Background screening clearance
- 6Experience with dementia care preferred
- 7Preference for CNA or HHA certification
- 8Live-in caregiving experience valued
- 9Strong communication skills for client family coordination
