What You'll Do10
- 1Lead housekeeping operations for rooms, public areas, laundry, and staffing across the hotel
- 2Train, motivate, and schedule the housekeeping team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- 3Maintain Forbes Five-Star cleaning standards through regular inspections and feedback
- 4Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest experiences
- 5Assist in weekly scheduling based on occupancy and budget, and monitor inventory and linen cycles
- 6Oversee inventory of guest supplies, operating supplies, and laundry, adhering to monthly budgets
- 7Coach Supervisors/Inspectors with regular one-on-ones to achieve department goals
- 8Schedule deep cleaning in rooms and public areas in partnership with other departments
- 9Monitor room inspections and provide trends-focused coaching to staff
- 10Foster a positive, service-driven culture aligned with brand standards
Requirements7
- 13+ years of housekeeping leadership experience, preferably at a luxury hotel
- 2Familiarity with Forbes Five-Star standards is preferred
- 3Experience with Opera PMS or Alice Housekeeping Management Software is a plus
- 4Strong understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars
- 5Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
- 6Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 7Professional yet candid in giving feedback to optimize guest and employee experience
