What You'll Do9
- 1Manage the Executive’s complex calendar and scheduling needs
- 2Partner with senior leaders to balance initiatives and prioritize deliverables
- 3Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics
- 4Answer executive inquiries and interact effectively via phone email and in person
- 5Solve problems while upholding Strava culture and values
- 6Coordinate international multi‑city travel including air hotel and rental cars
- 7Complete expense reports purchase orders and contracts manage corporate card purchases
- 8Participate in budget planning and tracking as needed
- 9Assist with special projects and events to support department operations
