What You'll Do8

  • 1Provide high-level administrative and operational support to leadership team
  • 2Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • 3Prepare meeting agendas presentations reports and other executive materials
  • 4Coordinate domestic and international travel expense reporting and detailed itineraries
  • 5Serve as liaison between executives clients partners and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality
  • 6Track strategic initiatives follow up on action items and ensure efficient execution of executive priorities
  • 7Support agency events leadership meetings off-sites and special projects
  • 8Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor's degree required
  • 23–5+ years experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant
  • 3Experience in creative agency advertising marketing entertainment media professional services environment preferred
  • 4Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executive calendars and shifting priorities in deadline-driven environment
  • 5Exceptional organizational project management and problem-solving skills
  • 6Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and calendar management
