What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain the CEO's master calendar, anticipate conflicts, and protect her time
  • 2Design and coordinate strategic gatekeeping between internal teams, partners, and investors
  • 3Lead multi-executive scheduling and critical Board of Directors meeting logistics
  • 4Provide COO calendar support and logistical coordination
  • 5Ship travel arrangements domestically and internationally and reconcile expenses using Ramp
  • 6Experiment with AI tools for meeting summaries, transcription, drafting correspondence, and research to boost executive velocity
  • 7Cultivate office culture by organizing team meals, milestones, and events
  • 8Ensure pristine, organized office space and manage shipments and hardware components
  • 9Partner with leadership on growth initiatives for future SF office space
  • 10Maintain proficiency with Google Workspace, Calendly, Ramp and related tools to support operations

Requirements10

  • 13+ years of professional experience in an EA, Office Manager, or Operations role
  • 2Experience in a venture-backed tech or hardware startup is highly preferred
  • 3High proficiency with Google Workspace, Calendly, and Ramp or similar tools
  • 4Can-do startup mindset and willingness to build new processes from scratch
  • 5Energetic and positive presence in the physical workspace and in-person collaboration
  • 6Exceptional verbal and written communication with discretion for confidential matters
  • 7Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco
  • 8Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling and logistics
  • 9Comfort with embracing AI productivity tools and experimentation
