Event Production and Brand Ambassador role with a rapidly growing sponsorship agency. You'll own hands-on setup, teardown, and on-site client engagement for 10-14 day advance scheduled events. Part-time, seasonal work ramping up late spring through fall, with weekend and evening shifts. Work directly with event sponsors and clients while guiding small teams on site. This role demands physical agility, leadership, and a sales mindset to deliver standout experiences.

You will own attendee experience at promotional events and community initiatives, representing the brand to diverse audiences. You will ensure smooth event operations, from setup to teardown, and collect feedback that shapes future campaigns. You will work on a tight-knit team of marketing professionals in a dynamic environment. This role offers direct exposure to event marketing and customer engagement, with paid training for growth.

Owning the full lifecycle of event labor coordination, you manage staffing for 300+ events annually and oversee the NewDay Database for accurate scheduling and payroll. Reporting to the Director of Event Resources, you lead the Associate Support team and act as the bridge between internal groups and external labor agencies. This role goes beyond scheduling: you reconcile contracts, manage purchase orders, and drive payroll accuracy to ensure seamless event execution.
