What You'll Do7
- 1Provide excellent customer service to clients from menu development through post-event follow up
- 2Gather client information to ensure accurate event setup and efficient communication
- 3Process payments and BEOs promptly and accurately
- 4Assist with order placement and event detail coordination
- 5Manage on-site event execution from installation to conclusion
- 6Conduct tours for potential clients
- 7Support local marketing initiatives like partnerships and guerrilla tactics
Requirements5
- 12+ years experience in guest relations retail hospitality or administrative roles
- 2Self-motivated with hunger to learn and grow
- 3Strong ownership of sales process
- 4Comfortable with CRM platforms like Salesforce TripleSeat
- 5Excellent written and verbal communication skills
