Overview
You'll deliver and serve food and beverages at catered events for Dominican University, managing setups, plated dinners, and bar service. Work with CulinArt's catering team alongside event coordinators and chefs, serving corporate and campus clients. What You'll Do10
- 1Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled catering locations, ensuring all items arrive ready for service.
- 2Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items following CulinArt standards.
- 3Serve plated dinners, beverages, and appetizers to guests, responding to requests throughout events.
- 4Open wine, take drink orders, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- 5Merchandise display foods attractively and maintain cleanliness of buffet and serving areas during service.
- 6Clean and pack dishes, utensils, and equipment after events, and assist with inventory and food storage closeout.
- 7Support pre-event food and table prep, arranging tables and decorations as needed.
- 8Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds repeatedly during event setups and breakdowns.
- 9Handle food safely according to health standards and verify compliance with local food handler requirements.
- 10Perform other duties as assigned to support event operations.
