Overview

What You'll Do9

- 6Enforce operating procedures troubleshoot equipment issues coordinate preventive maintenance
- 7Assist with daily warehouse tasks support order processing and communicate expectations
- 8Track KPIs related to safety quality productivity and labor performance
- 9Partner with supply chain manager to execute objectives and drive continuous improvement
Requirements9
- 1Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- 2Strong leadership communication organization and problem solving skills
- 3Proficiency with basic math logical reasoning reporting and data entry
- 4Ability to manage competing priorities adapt to changing needs
- 5Valid driver’s license required chauffeur’s license preferred
- 6Forklift certification preferred Lightspeed or Seed systems experience
- 7Working knowledge of inventory control warehouse safety equipment maintenance
- 8Physical ability to sit stand bend lift and move intermittently
- 9Commitment to fast paced warehouse environment
