What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute cleaning routines for assigned areas and deep clean high traffic zones like bathrooms and entryways
- 2Collect and dispose of trash while dusting and mopping floors according to approved procedures
- 3Move equipment and restock products ensuring proper placement and maintain clean equipment storage
- 4Prepare cleaning solutions by mixing water and detergents as specified
- 5Follow all federal state and county guidelines for safety and compliance
- 6Provide fast friendly checkout experiences and handle cash transactions accurately
- 7Engage customers about rewards programs and private label credit cards
- 8Assist with omnichannel operations including buy online pickup in store and ship from store processes
- 9Participate in truck unloading stocking and planogram processes
- 10Support shrink and safety initiatives adhering to company policies and SOPs
- 11Perform tasks in a positive respectful manner with team members and customers
Requirements6
- 15+ years of retail or cleaning experience preferred
- 2Physical ability to stand long periods move bend lift and access high shelves
- 3Experience with commercial cleaners and chemicals
- 4At least sixteen years old
- 5Preference for retail cleaning background
- 6Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
