Environmental Site Associate
Overview
The Environmental Site Associate will maintain clean and sanitary conditions for guests by performing specialized cleaning tasks. This role supports NHF's mission through daily housekeeping and operational support.
What You'll Do11
- 1Collect trash and manage linen delivery
- 2Perform dusting and window cleaning
- 3Vacuum sweep and mop floors
- 4Clean and stock restrooms
- 5Discharge cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
- 6Transport large carts of linen
- 7Comply with OSHA regulations
- 8Report contraband findings
- 9Attend mandatory training and in-service sessions
- 10Maintain exterior facility cleanliness
- 11Conduct daily physical plant inspections
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 6 months janitorial experience in healthcare or recuperative care
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- 4Reliable transportation
- 5Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
- 6TB test and fingerprint live scan clearance
- 7Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols
- 8Experience with housekeeping equipment such as vacuums and auto-scrubbers
- 9Physical stamina for standing and walking throughout shifts
