Overview
You will own client relationships and drive new business for a Farmers Insurance agency in Greenwood Village, CO. As the primary point of contact, you will guide clients through policy changes, claims, and coverage options. You will work closely with a support team and an AI coach to close policies faster. The role offers a $45,000 base salary with uncapped commission, plus hands-on training and growth opportunities. What You'll Do10
- 1Act as the main contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- 2Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing.
- 3Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
- 4Keep client records and policy documents current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- 5Build strong relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure their needs are met.
- 6Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
- 7Guide clients through the claims process, including filing claims and gathering documentation.
- 8Communicate with claims adjusters and underwriters to expedite claims resolution.
- 9Stay informed on product offerings and educate clients on coverage details and potential gaps.
- 10Use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks and records.
