Candidates will work with children aged 2 to 7 using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to foster development.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead daily sessions using ABA methods to improve social awareness and communication skills.
- 2Track therapeutic progress and collect data to inform treatment plans.
- 3Collaborate with families and supervisors to share insights and updates.
- 4Maintain a safe and engaging therapy environment through play and movement.
- 5Support staff in ensuring clean and stimulating learning spaces.
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or GED required
- 3Bachelor’s degree in psychology sociology child development or related field preferred
- 4Previous childcare or mental health experience is a plus
- 5Strong passion for working with children especially those with autism spectrum disorder
