
Enhesa RegComply Expert Consultant, EHS Compliance & Regulatory Alerts
Overview
Own RegComply solution delivery for clients at scale, guiding implementation, administration, and advisory engagements. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to configure obligation management, compliance calendars, regulatory alerts, and workflows. Collaborate with clients on US EHS regulatory requirements and ISO standards to ensure compliant operations. This role is onsite in San Francisco with a focus on practical, hands-on problem solving and measurable outcomes.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build RegComply configurations for obligation management, calendars, alerts, and workflows to reduce compliance risk
- 2Design and configure integrations and admin processes for multi-jurisdictional EHS programs
- 3Lead advisory engagements to optimize regulatory compliance posture and operational efficiency
- 4Ship implementation milestones for clients, achieving defined time to value within 90 days
- 5Own client success metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of RegComply solutions
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Enhesa (RegComply) implementation, administration, or solution advisory
- 2Strong knowledge of US EHS regulations including EPA programs and OSHA/PSM
- 3Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- 4Multi-jurisdictional compliance management experience
- 5Integration experience with external systems and data flows
