
Product Architect, Enhesa RegComply & EHS Compliance
Overview
You will own the architecture and configuration of the Enhesa RegComply platform for a global EHS compliance program, serving 1,000+ regulated sites. You will lead the technical design of obligation management, compliance calendars, and regulatory alert workflows across EPA, OSHA, and ISO frameworks. Working with a cross-functional team of compliance analysts and engineers, you will map regulatory requirements to system capabilities and drive implementation from requirements to go-live. This contract role stands apart by requiring deep EHS regulatory knowledge fused with platform implementation expertise.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design Enhesa RegComply solutions for obligation management and compliance calendars, configuring regulatory alerts and workflows to match client requirements.
- 2Lead the implementation of RegComply modules, mapping EPA (CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA) and OSHA/PSM obligations to system rules.
- 3Configure ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance workflows, ensuring multi-jurisdictional coverage across federal and state regulations.
- 4Drive the integration of RegComply with existing EHS systems, coordinating data migration and API connections.
- 5Develop and document architecture patterns for regulatory compliance, enabling scalable rollout across business units.
- 6Collaborate with stakeholders to translate compliance requirements into functional specifications, then validate through testing.
- 7Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance, focusing on data integrity and alert accuracy.
- 8Provide technical guidance to implementation teams and support user acceptance testing with clear documentation.
Requirements7
- 15+ years hands-on experience with Enhesa RegComply implementation, administration, or solution advisory.
- 2Deep expertise in US EHS regulations including EPA (CAA, CWA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA) and OSHA/PSM.
- 3Proven ability to configure obligation management, compliance calendars, and regulatory alerts in RegComply.
- 4Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and multi-jurisdictional compliance management.
- 5Experience with compliance workflow automation and regulatory change management.
- 6Ability to translate regulatory text into system logic and maintain audit trails.
- 7Excellent communication skills for leading technical workshops with compliance teams.
