
EHS Project Manager, ESG Platform Implementation & Enterprise Transformation
Overview
Own EHS and ESG platform implementations at scale on Intelex or Enablon with governance over scope, budget, and timeline. Lead cross-functional teams across regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental programs in a client-facing, onsite role in Fremont, CA. Drive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and program maturation in enterprise environments. This role blends project management with deep EHS knowledge to deliver transformation programs that meet regulatory standards and client outcomes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage project plans, budgets, and governance for EHS/ESG platform implementations with ownership of scope and timeline
- 2Lead client communications and executive stakeholder engagements to drive alignment and governance milestones
- 3Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery
- 4Coordinate program artifacts, status reporting, and change control across internal teams and client stakeholders
- 5Ship scalable EHS/ESG solutions using platforms such as Intelex or Enablon and integrate with ERP/SCM systems
- 6Own quality assurance and validation activities to ensure platform configurations meet regulatory requirements and client needs
- 7Scale enterprise transformation programs by coordinating PMO processes, dashboards, and governance forums
- 8Debug complex issues involving regulatory data, safety programs, and environmental compliance to enable steady progress
- 9Lead knowledge transfer, training, and adoption activities for client teams to sustain program benefits
- 10Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future project iterations
Requirements8
- 15+ years building and delivering EHS/ESG platform implementations or related enterprise transformation programs
- 2Experience with Intelex, Enablon, or similar EHS platforms (preferred: Intelex, Enablon, SAP EHS)
- 3Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and governance in large programs
- 4Strong EHS regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA, ISO 14001/45001) and client-facing leadership experience
- 5Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe with experience leading large enterprise transformations
- 6Onsite role in Fremont, CA with ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder initiatives
- 7Executive stakeholder management skills and excellent communication abilities
- 8Experience driving platform implementations in complex, regulated industries
