Overview
Lead the engineering team at Kona Kai San Diego overseeing maintenance and operations. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Engineering and ensures safe guest experiences through proactive facility management. You will supervise staff manage work orders and maintain building systems.

Requirements9
- 1Qualifications experience in general building maintenance plumbing and electrical systems
- 2Basic working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
- 3Ability to use power and hand tools safely
- 4Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
- 5Open availability including weekends and holidays
- 6Preferred HVAC and refrigeration experience
- 7EPA 608 Certification
- 8Experience with painting drywall copper pipe soldering and pool maintenance
- 9Prior hotel or resort engineering supervisory experience
