Engineering Operations Project Manager Everpure San Jose
Overview
Everpure seeks an organized execution-focused Project Manager to drive cross-functional planning and operational delivery across key business initiatives. This role brings structure to complex workstreams builds clear execution plans coordinates stakeholders and helps teams deliver on commitments with greater predictability and accountability.
What You'll Do11
- 1Work closely with finance on AOP deadlines expense reconciliation and forecasting
- 2Manage new and renewals of license and subscriptions onboard suppliers in the ERP system and manage statements of work and contractor budgets
- 3Coordinate cross-functional execution across operations hardware software product finance and other business partners
- 4Manage deliverables for product end of life and end of support planning process improvements and operational execution for high priority initiatives
- 5Improve project governance communication rhythms dashboards and reporting to create better visibility and stronger execution discipline
- 6Own end-to-end project planning for assigned initiatives including scope milestones timelines action items and status tracking
- 7Partner with functional leads to define deliverables success criteria and execution plans across multiple workstreams
- 8Drive regular project reviews stakeholder meetings and follow-up actions to keep teams aligned and work progressing on schedule
- 9Identify risks blockers resource constraints and schedule gaps early and drive mitigation plans to resolution
- 10Track progress against commitments and provide concise accurate updates to stakeholders and leadership
- 11Help teams stay focused on priorities by driving accountability decision tracking and timely escalation when needed
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor`s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent practical experience
- 3Strong working knowledge of core project management disciplines including scope schedule resources risk and status management
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor updates for both working teams and leadership
- 5Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority
- 6Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments
- 7Experience using project and collaboration tools such as Jira Smartsheet Asana Google Sheets or similar platforms
- 8Ability to work independently create structure where needed and maintain momentum across complex initiatives
- 9Nice to have Experience supporting operations process improvement business planning or launch execution
- 10Experience in a technology hardware software or fast-scaling business environment
- 11PMP CAPM Lean Six Sigma or similar project management certification

$140 - $308k per year
