What You'll Do9

Requirements9
- 15+ years experience supporting individuals with disabilities or homelessness through direct employment services
- 21 year of case management certification such as BCBA or Certified Employment Counselor
- 3Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for efficient record management
- 5Ability to navigate complex eligibility requirements for public benefits and housing assistance programs
- 6Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with participants and diverse stakeholders
- 7Understanding of coordinated entry systems and evidence-based practices for high-needs populations
- 8Experience documenting outcomes and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records
