Overview

Brown & Brown seeks an Employee Benefits Producer to increase sales volume by building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts. This role drives revenue through end-to-end sales processes and client retention via relationship management. The Producer collaborates across teams to deliver tailored benefits solutions that enhance satisfaction.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Build a network of professional relationships and identify new leads to qualify opportunities meeting company standards
  • 2Establish and manage customer relations while coordinating with carrier partners and internal resources
  • 3Conduct risk management surveys and determine insurance coverage needs
  • 4Develop stewardship reports and advise clients on coverage options
  • 5Secure documentation for new business and renewal proposals and negotiate coverage quotes
  • 6Present and sell proposals using educational materials for value-added services
  • 7Review and resolve complex claims disputes following agency guidelines
  • 8Participate in industry associations to promote Profit Center image
  • 9Promote teamwork through knowledge sharing and positive attitudes
  • 10Maintain a valid Producer license and demonstrate relevant experience
  • 11Foster collaboration within departments and profit centers

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience
  • 2College degree in Business Administration Insurance Risk Management or related field
  • 3Strong technical knowledge of all insurance lines
  • 4Familiarity with agency management systems
  • 5Pay range $95,000-$110,000 annually
  • 6Experience with benefits administration software
  • 7Ability to work in Seattle Tacoma WA location
  • 8Commitment to customer service excellence
  • 9Valid Producer license in good standing
  • 10Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
