Overview
Brown & Brown seeks an Employee Benefits Producer to increase sales volume by building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts. This role drives revenue through end-to-end sales processes and client retention via relationship management. The Producer collaborates across teams to deliver tailored benefits solutions that enhance satisfaction.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build a network of professional relationships and identify new leads to qualify opportunities meeting company standards
- 2Establish and manage customer relations while coordinating with carrier partners and internal resources
- 3Conduct risk management surveys and determine insurance coverage needs
- 4Develop stewardship reports and advise clients on coverage options
- 5Secure documentation for new business and renewal proposals and negotiate coverage quotes
- 6Present and sell proposals using educational materials for value-added services
- 7Review and resolve complex claims disputes following agency guidelines
- 8Participate in industry associations to promote Profit Center image
- 9Promote teamwork through knowledge sharing and positive attitudes
- 10Maintain a valid Producer license and demonstrate relevant experience
- 11Foster collaboration within departments and profit centers
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years of insurance industry experience
- 2College degree in Business Administration Insurance Risk Management or related field
- 3Strong technical knowledge of all insurance lines
- 4Familiarity with agency management systems
- 5Pay range $95,000-$110,000 annually
- 6Experience with benefits administration software
- 7Ability to work in Seattle Tacoma WA location
- 8Commitment to customer service excellence
- 9Valid Producer license in good standing
- 10Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
