- 8Explain insurance coverage and financial policies to patients
- 9Maintain HIPAA and EMTALA compliance through meticulous documentation
- 10Collaborate with supervisors to resolve pending tasks before shift end
- 11Support revenue cycle management with precise ledger tracking
Requirements10
- 1Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- 2High school diploma with some college preference
- 31-3 years hospital or physician office registration experience
- 4Strong attention to detail with minimum five percent accuracy
- 5Certified in CPC Card or equivalent certification
- 6Valid driver’s license for onsite mobility
- 7Experience with Avility Web MD and RTE applications
- 8Familiarity with HPF and QCI platforms
- 9Knowledge of Medicare compliance and ABN verification processes
- 10Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
