Overview
Lead patient care in a high volume emergency department at a large non profit healthcare system. Manage acute cases and support multidisciplinary teams. This is a permanent position based in Rowlett TX.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain comprehensive patient records using EHR systems
- 2Design efficient workflows for triage and discharge processes
- 3Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans
- 4Train new hires on ER protocols and documentation standards
- 5Analyze patient flow metrics to improve departmental efficiency
- 6Ship critical supplies and equipment to ensure readiness
- 7Debug technical issues with hospital information systems
- 8Drive quality improvement initiatives through data analysis
- 9Mentor junior staff through shadowing and feedback sessions
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex clinical environments
- 3TX license and RN license required
- 4Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- 52 years ER experience minimum requirement
- 6Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes for cloud infrastructure management
- 7Ability to operate in fast paced environment
- 8Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- 9Experience with React for internal tool development
- 10Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- 11Knowledge of AWS services for scalable applications
Salary Insight
$67 - $110k per year
