Overview
ACDC provides full spectrum emergency management services to public and private clients across Washington state. Successful candidates will operate locally within Spokane or Lakewood. The role focuses on delivering survivor centered case management to help individuals recover sustainably after disasters.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead case management tasks as assigned
- 2Attend meetings and conferences with clients and stakeholders
- 3Complete training on program requirements and policies
- 4Manage individual case workloads while ensuring compliance
- 5Review records identify inconsistencies and resolve issues
- 6Communicate solutions and escalate matters appropriately
- 7Perform additional duties as directed
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 1 year professional case management experience
- 2Proven ability to document client services and maintain confidentiality
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Associate degree preferred in social services or related field
- 5At least one year FEMA HMA grant experience
