What You'll Do10
- 1Build and deploy emergency management solutions across client sites and EOC operations to support rapid disaster response
- 2Design and implement field inspections, site assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure alignment with FEMA and ICS standards
- 3Lead logistics, planning, and operations coordination for incidents requiring up to 100% travel
- 4Ship data collection, reporting, and cost estimation to enable informed decision making during recovery phases
- 5Own project management tasks for temporary deployments with measurable outcomes within 90 days
- 6Scale remote and on site support to match client requirements under varying conditions
- 7Debug field processes to improve efficiency and response times in real world scenarios
- 8Drive collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure mission readiness and readiness for deployment
- 9Provide training and guidance to client personnel on emergency management best practices
- 10Monitor and adapt to evolving incident management priorities to maintain service quality
Requirements10
- 1Minimum experience in emergency response or recovery with ability to deploy to site on short notice
- 2Strong Microsoft Office skills
- 3Eligible to work in the United States
- 4Ability to deploy to site locations for extended periods and travel up to 100%
- 5Flexible and adaptable under stressful conditions with tight deadlines
- 6Experience with emergency management concepts and field operations
- 7Knowledge of FEMA programs and policy preferred
- 8Experience with the Incident Command System (ICS 100 800) preferred
- 9Experience in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) environment preferred
- 10Active FEMA badge or related certifications preferred

$33 - $114k per year
