The ED Registration Clerk supports the Health Care team providing professional patient check‑in and checkout services. What You'll Do11
- 1Greet and check in all patients reporting to the ED in a professional manner
- 2Perform accurate check‑out and capture essential information
- 3Collect payments according to established procedures
- 4Maintain basic knowledge of the medical center to answer patient queries
- 5Demonstrate typing proficiency of 40 wpm
- 6Pass a Medical Terminology Test
- 7Operate efficiently in a high‑volume fast‑paced setting
- 8Uphold courteous and patient interactions with patients coworkers and consumers
- 9Utilize CICS/REGP systems as required
- 10Handle reception and cash handling tasks
- 11Collaborate effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Medical Terminology Test completion
- 4Ability to manage high workloads with accuracy
- 5Knowledge of CICS/REGP
- 6Typing speed of 40 wpm
- 7Experience working in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- 8Demonstrated professionalism and patience
